| DAF DAF Trucks NV (DAF stands for Van Doorne Automobiel Fabriek) is a Dutch truck manufacturing company. It was originally founded in 1928 and since 1996 it is a division of PACCAR. It has its headquarters in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, where also most of the production takes place. Note that some of the DAF Trucks on the British market are built by Leyland Trucks at their plant in England. DAF might be known by some motorsport-lovers because of their participation for many years in the Paris-Dakar rally. There are many DAF buses on this site, both single and double deckers. |

| Dennis Dennis Specialist Vehicles is a major British manufacturer of specialised commercial vehicles and is based in Guildford, England. Dennis is however most famous for its fire engines, although its other major product lines are buses and trucks. Dennis was founded as Dennis Brothers in 1895 and has a in recent years had several other owners.
